Where Will you Finish?

Now i know this page gets awful busy, and i'll be lucky to get a word in edgeways....

But if there are any Blackburn fans here, are you concerned about the state of your club?

Sold influential players, haven't used the money to get some real talent in, inexperienced manager who wants to pay £2m for an MK Dons player.....

Do you think you'll struggle? Or do you think guys like MGP, Santa Cruz, McCarthy, Emerton will keep you afloat? personally i think you'll finish outside the top 10, and may struggle below that, but it depends on who you get in. There is still time.

I have a little gentleman's bet going that Ince will be the first manager to lose his job.

Sorry to sound harsh, but i think it needs to be said!!

I do too, but i don't think it'll happen, not because they're too good, but there are a lot of teams who are worse than them.

I think guys like: - Samba, Emerton, Santa Cruz and McCarthy (provided they all stay of course) will be so crucial for them this season!

I think we'll finish higher than them, but who knows!!

Yeah, they've lost a couple of players but still have a better team that Hull, West Brom, Stoke, Boton and perhaps Fulham.

Could line up like this:

Robinson
Emerton Samba Ooijer Warnock
Tugay Mokoena Pedersen
Derbyshire Santa Cruz McCarthy

Still quite a good team there Che,

But the issue i have with them is that they have an inexperienced manager, and he has sold the best assets and brought no realquality in, I mean, the biggest error was selling Friedel, only to replace him with Robinson, yeah he may be 10 years younger, but Friedel was much better, and they brought a lesser keeper in for more money then they received for losing a better one.

Surely the players and fans at the club know this and will have little faith in Ince. And then he puts the icing on the cake by trying to sign Keith Andrews from MK Dons - i don't think he's the calibre of player to thrive in the premier league! Could be wrong though...

I'm sure the Blackburn fans will be pissed off with Ince but the board must have some confidence in him to be sanctioning the transfers.

the only way we'll see if it was a good appointment or not will be to see his results in the 1st half of the season.

Hope he does well because I liked paul ince as a player and as a character in football but at the same time hope they get relegated so I win my bet Razz

Well - STILL no response from the Blackburn faithful!

Looks like my prediction was kinda true - Ince did go, but i still thought they'd be doing better than they are!

However i'm glad - i'd like them to go down, i don't think they bring anything interesting to the prem!

Plus, they're occupying a space that would otherwise be filled by Sunderland!
